Powerpoint Design

Engaging Remotely

In this powerpoint, I partnered with an organization with the goal of providing training to their managers on engaging their remote learners. This was at the height of the pandemic and the training addressed a need within their leadership. I took the content and created an emotional map as well as engaging activities. This version is shortened for convenience, but I am happy to share more.

PowerPoint Portfolio Piece

The final portfolio piece is a template I created for a facilitator. Her design is centered around growth and development in the non-profit sector. The design matches her branding standards, but allows flexibility to change as her business grows.

Course Design

Individual Resilience Preparedness Program (IRPP)

 – This program was built by an Enterprise Risk team within Rogue Credit Union. The original program consisted of 12 separate courses, many of which contained redundant information at the beginning and end of each course. The ask was for a more concise training that was at least cut in half. After review, I storyboarded the content and collaborated closesly with the team. We agreed that one course, built in Articulate Rise, was the most efficient way to communicate the information. Because of our close collaboration, efficiency, and accessible content, the project was slated to take 4 months, and only took 6 weeks. Link here:

Empathy

This Articulate Storyline Course was built as part of a Loyalty (Customer Service) curriculum. Team members had some exposure to the concept of empathy, but the overall goal was how to build empathy and test learners responses in given scenarios. This portfolio piece is just a highlight of the interactivity and quizzing that was built to the brand of the organization it was built for.
